President Rollins called the meeting to order.

Visitors introduced themselves, and members shared their brags and sags.

Stewart Caffey, chairman of the nominating committee, reported that the Committee recommends the following officers for a two-year term:

• Barbara Rollins - President
• Mary Craig - Secretary
• Jan Carrington - Member
• Nancy Robinson Masters - Member

Gail McMillan moved that the officers be installed by acclamation, Barbara Darnall seconded the motion, and the vote was unanimous.

President Rollins thanked the membership for their confidence. She reported that Juanita Zachry has old newsletters which she will make available in the old courthouse.

Jan Carrington reported that Shannon Davis and Joan Rogers will co-chair the July contest with her.

Nancy Masters announced that June starts a new year for AWG. Karen Witemeyer is the new refreshment coordinator, and needs at least 3 people per meeting to provide refreshments. Karen passed a new list for volunteers.

Nancy Masters presented the program on interview techniques. She explained there are face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews, and interviews by e-mail or other written communication. She explained the pros and cons of each type, and several members participated in role playing.

The meeting adjourned, and the members enjoyed refreshments.
